Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Anna works from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, one of the most evidence based psychological treatments for emotional and interpersonal difficulties.
Her therapeutic style combines empathy and active listening with practical tools that help clients better understand their challenges, develop new skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their daily lives.
Each therapeutic process is tailored to the individual needs of the client, with clear goals and a structured treatment plan designed to support effective and sustainable progress.
Her goal is to provide a safe, professional, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their personal resources, and build a life that is more aligned with their values and needs.
